The word “baking” conjures up a warm and welcoming kitchen, filled with the sounds of laughter and the aroma of yummy baked goods. This is exactly what you will find when you enter the Baking and Beyond Studio Kitchen.

Students work around a communal table as in days gone by, sharing tasks while learning basic skills in a comfy kitchen environment.

All of the classes are “hands on.” Students learn the names of the tools of the trade and how to use them safely. They will be introduced to cool kitchen gadgets as well as learn the necessities of baking: measuring, cutting, and adjusting recipes.

The fee for all classes includes use of professional equipment and all baking products needed. Students need only bring their willingness to learn new skills and have fun!
